What can I expect in the first session?

In the first session, we’ll discuss your goals, history, and what’s been feeling hardest lately. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what therapy might look like and your next steps.

Do you take my insurance? 

We're in network with several major insurance plans and will check your benefits before your first session. We also provide superbills  for out-of-network reimbursement.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 45 or 60  minutes and held weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and schedule.

Are sessions virtual?

Yes—HIPAA‑compliant telehealth. You can join from a private space at home or work.

How often do we meet?

Most clients start weekly for momentum, then taper as goals are met.

What’s the fee if I’m not using insurance?

Transparent rates and sliding‑scale spots may be available. Ask on your consult call.
